The
Comprehensive Completion Management includes:
- Review of all Service Bulletins and Service Letters
for possible incorporation during outfitting.
- Initiating a maintenance package to be accomplished
concurrent with outfitting.
- Interior design and engineering including 3D interior
renderings
- Developing Interior specification including latest
entertainment and communication system
- Overseeing every aspect of the completion process from
design to final installation.
- Interfacing with, and ensuring quality workman ship
from various trades (ie: cabinet makers, trim shop, sheet metal, avionics,
etc.).
- Administering quality control of individual component
installations as well as the overall completion process.
- Ensuring high quality paint finish of aircraft.
- Management of all completion airworthiness
documentation including STC drawing and documentation, log book entries, component location call-outs, electrical and avionic installation and wiring
diagrams, etc. at completion.
- Ensuring all required aircraft ground handling and
support equipment is accounted for and included with the delivery package.
